We offer a the following shipping carriers & methods for domestic orders:
USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground:
Delivery time may take 3-5 business days.
UPS 2 Day, UPS Next Day & USPS Priority Mail:
Delivery time make take 1-3 business days for delivery. You should see an estimated shipping time at checkout.
USPS ships to all PO Boxes and APO addresses.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders are currently processed between 2-4 business days. This window may change during times of higher or lower order volumes.
Depending on where you are in geographic relation to us (Chicago) orders usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive.

That sucks! Here's what we suggest:
Check the home/building you receive deliveries at. Sometimes deliveries are made nearby (shared mailrooms, next-door porches). Ask your neighbors if they received your package by mistake. If this fails. . .
. . .call and/or visit your nearest carrier location (post office, UPS/FedEx hub) to report a lost item. If they cannot help...

We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:
CUBA - IRAN - SYRIA - UKRAINE - BRAZIL - MEXICO
Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

All times & dates give for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
If you are ordering internationally, your package may be subject to import taxes and duties fees. We are required by law to mark all packages as “merchandise” and clearly state the purchase price of the goods in the package. The import taxes and duty fees vary from country to country, and are based on the value of the merchandise. Some countries allow up to a certain value of goods into the country without any additional duties and taxes. UK CUSTOMERS:
Due to the Brexit transition, we now collect VAT at the time of checkout.
The above does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made with 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED or LOST?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible, and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. For more information, please refer to our Terms.
As international shipping times vary from country to country, we cannot consider a package lost until it is missing for 6 weeks.
We are unable to track packages once they leave the country, so please contact your local post office with the tracking number and they may be able to provide you with more information.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDER RECEIPT

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
